Job Objective: Coordinate team’s overall performance, scope, cost and deliverables. Responsibility to drive project and performance management. Manage and technically guide the overall team. Identify new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience of driving large projects in-line with company standards, methodologies, processes and tools
- Responsible for managing Product Development and support team
- Responsible for P&L of accounts
- Supervise delivery and support projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to Delivery Manager when needed
- Perform risk management to minimize/eliminate project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short
and long-term goals - Manage project communication and escalation
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Ethereum, NodeJs, Solidity or other Blockchain protocols
- 4+ years of experience in customer facing role
- Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Proven written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to hire, mentor and retain high performers
- Expertise to supervise delivery and support projects
- Up-to date technical knowledge
- Good understanding of Data and provide insights and analytics based on data
